WMP.No. 20501 of 2017 in W.P.No.30567 of 2014 D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to amend the existing prayer in the writ petition to direct the respondents to promote the petitioner as Junior Assistant with effect from 1991 and other promotions from the date of his eligibility with arrears of pay and pensionary benefits with grant of revised pension and all other consequential benefits.

Being satisfied with the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Miscellaneous Petitions is ordered accordingly.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the writ petition and post the matter in the 1st week of January'2021.
