Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to return the sale deed dated 02.03.2009 registered as Document No.1188 of 2009 on the file of the first respondent in respect of Plot No.11B/ 1 (S.P.), 1st Cross Road, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai 600 058, comprised in Survey No.2 part of Athipattu Village, 453 pt, 454 pt and 455 pt of Ambattur Village and 155 pt of Mannur Village, Ambattur Taluk, Tiruvallur District, measuring 1.80 acres, within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to return the sale deed dated 02.03.2009 registered as Document No.1188 of 2009 on the file of the first respondent. 2.Today, when this writ petition has been taken up, the learned Additional Advocate General filed a counter affidavit on behalf of the respondents. In paragraph-5 of the counter, the respondents have accepted the proposal of the petitioner and they have also agreed that the sale deed is bound to be returned to the petitioner. The learned Additional Advocate General has produced before this Court, the very original document which has to be handed over to the petitioner. He further submitted that the respondents are ready to submit the above original document to the petitioner, on getting his signature in the register meant for the same, in the Sub-Registrar's Office and on making necessary stamping.

3.The said submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General is recorded. The petitioner is directed to approach the concerned Sub-Registrar Office for return of the original document in question on 28.11.2016. The Authority shall return the document as per the undertaking in the Court. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
