Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of interim direction directing the 2nd respondent not to conduct any enquiry in the matter touching the violation of child rights, involving the non - members of the 2nd respondent, especially involving the 6th respondent, (IN WMP.No.29213/2021) Pending disposal of the above WP.No.27658/2021.

Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.GOPINATH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.C.SANGAMITHIRAI, Special Government Pleader for the 1 and 2 Respondents and of MR.R.MURTHI, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE criminal side for the 3 and 4 Respondents, the court made the following order:- If direction is given in this case, it will amount virtually allowing the prayer made in the writ petition. Therefore, this court is not inclined to give any direction and the miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
