C.M.P.No.22654 of 2023 is filed to condone the delay of 69 days in filing the restoration petition.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they entered appearance in the Second Appeal by Change of Vakalat during that time the Second Appeal was dismissed for default. Immediately on coming to know about the same, they filed a petition to restore the appeal, however with a delay of 69 days in filing the restoration petition.

3.Learned counsel for the respondents is present and has no serious objection in ordering this petition.
