By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The present petition is filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to provide the necessary information required to be provided to the 1st respondent in connection with the petitioner's application seeking dependent freedom fighter's pension.

3.Mrs.N.Senthil Selvi, the learned Government Advocate has taken notice for the respondents.

4.This Court now directs the 3rd respondent to submit the necessary report which the 1st respondent requires for processing the petitioner's application for grant of dependent freedom fighter's pension, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the 2/4

date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
