This petition is filed to extend the time for further two weeks to execute the sureties in Crl.M.P.No.22611 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.583 of 2024 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court at Chennai. 1/4

2.Taking medical reason, the petitioner seeks extension and time to surrender and produce the surety as directed by the Principal Sessions Court, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.22611 of 2024, dated 13.08.2024. 3.The petitioner ought to have surrendered and executed the surety before the CCB and CBCID Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai, on or before 27.08.2024, but he failed to appear the Court and therefore, he seeks extension of time. 4.Considering the reasons stated for extension of time, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Time is extended for surrender and produce surety on or before 19.09.2024.
