Heard M.S.Palaniswamy, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. P.Sathish, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the First Respondent and Mr. K.Sivakumar, Learned Counsel for the Second Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Order No. Na. Ka. 5018/2022 Na. Va dated 10.10.2022 passed by the First Respondent directing the Petitioner to furnish the documents sought by the Second Respondent. 3.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the First Respondent, on instructions, states that the information sought by the Second Respondent has been furnished to him by the Petitioner and a memo dated 07.03.2024 has been filed to that effect. Learned Counsel for the Second Respondent also accepts the same. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
