ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner ; Mr.O.R.Mageswaran, learned Government Advocate, who appears for the respondents 1 and 2 ; Mr.Sanjeev, learned Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent ; and Mr.V.Gangatharan, learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent and with the consent on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be issued with the Transfer Certificate so as to join some other College and continue his course, to which course of action, the learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent / College submitted that the College is ready and willing to issue the Transfer Certificate to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the 3rd respondent / College is directed to issue the Transfer Certificate to the petitioner so that the petitioner can continue the Course in some other College. It is made clear that the said directed shall be complied with by the 3rd respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4 The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
