O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to give protection to the petitioner's life and property at the Office premises bearing Old No.60, New No.16, Senthil Andavar Street, Dhanalakshmi Colony, Saligramam, Chennai-600 093.

2. It is seen that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party and the same is pending in OS.No.1649 of 2016 before the Civil Court. Hence, police protection as prayed for by the petitioner cannot be granted.

3. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the police afresh, if any law and order problem arises.
