The learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to re-present the application before the Court below. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

2. In view of the submission and the endorsement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, liberty is granted to the revision petitioner to re-present the petition before the Court below. This Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Considering the facts there shall be no orders as to costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

3. The Registry is directed to return the original affidavit and petition in Arb.O.P.No. of 2025 vide SR.No.118406 of 2025, filed along with the civil revision petition, forthwith.
