This application is filed seeking to extend the time for passing the Award by the Hon'ble Arbitrator for a further period of six months.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides.

3. Though this application is filed seeking extension of time for the third time, it is stated by the learned counsels that the arguments were commenced long back and the issue involves technical aspect.

4. Learned counsel for the respondent has got no objection in granting extension of time.

5. Accordingly, with the consent of learned counsel appearing on both sides, time for completion of the arbitration proceedings and to pass an Arbitral Award is extended by six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the parties are directed to co-operate for completion of the proceedings and enable the tribunal to pass an award within a period of six months.
