The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to change the electricity service connection nos.01-109-058-136, 01-109-058-137, 01-109-058-138, 01-109-058-986, 01-109-058-987, 01-109-058-1138, 01-109-058-1139, 01-109-058-1140 to the petitioner's name from petitioner son's name S.M.Goutam (5th respondent), by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2022, within the time limit.
2. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and has made an endorsement to that effect.
