O R D E R
The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 not to erect electric pole or lay electric line across the pathway comprised in S.F. No. 468/1, 469/1B situated at Jingalatharampatti Village, Pochampalli, Krishnagiri District by considering petitioner's representation dated 26.05.2022.
2. Though the petitioner sought for a direction that respondents 1 and 2 shall not erect new electric pole and lay any electric line in the property comprised in S.F. No. 468/1, 469/1B in the representation submitted by him, there is no mention about S.F. No. 468/1, 469/1B in the representation. The petitioner simply mentioned that new electric pole shall not be erected in his land. The petitioner has not even mentioned the survey number of his property and described his property. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh representation before 2/5
the 2nd respondent mentioning the correct survey number of his property. If any such representation is submitted by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, the same shall be considered by the 2nd respondent and final orders shall be passed within a period of six weeks from the date of representation by the petitioner after giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner and the 3rd respondent.
3. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 08.01.2025 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No Speaking Order/Non-Speaking Order : Yes/No nr 3/5
