This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents, not to harass the petitioner and his family members in connection with Crime No.Not known of 2016 on the file of 2nd respondent police Annuparpalayam Police station, Tiruppur District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on a complaint given by one Srinivasan against this petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.145 of 2016 and the same was closed.

Recording the submission, the criminal original petition is closed.
