It is stated by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the F.I.R. in Crime No.637 of 2017 had been closed by the respondent Police as mistake of fact and therefore nothing survives.

2. Though the fact whether the F.I.R had been closed as mistake of fact or not is not confirmed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
