In continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 19.09.2019, the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, (Special Court under SC & ST Atrocities Act), Salem District, mentioned in paragraph 2 of the said order shall stand modified as learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Cuddalore.

3. All other observations made in my earlier order dated 19.09.2019 shall remain intact.
