ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for having disobey the order of this Court made in W.P.No.13943 of 2019, dated 03.06.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court by order dated 03.06.2019 directed the respondents to deposit the balance enhanced compensation amount payable to the petitioner as per the order of this Court in A.S.No.642 of 2006 and A.S.No.819 of 2006 dated 19.04.2010, but till now the respondents did not deposit the compensation amount to the credit of L.A.O.P.Nos.2 and 1 of 2002 on the file of the Additional District 2/4

Court III, (FTC), Tirupattur, Vellore District. 3.Today i.e., 14.02.2020, the respondents 2 and 3 have appeared before this Court and seeks time to deposit the balance enhanced compensation amount payable to the petitioner as per the order of this Court dated 03.06.2019 in W.P.No.13943 of 2019.

4.Recording the said submission made by the respondents 2 and 3, the 3rd respondent is directed to deposit the balance enhanced compensation amount payable to the petitioner as per the order of this Court dated 03.06.2019 in W.P.No.13943 of 2019 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.
