This petition has been filed to relax the condition para 8(b) imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.21294 of 2022 dated 08.09.2022 passed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21294 of 2022 dated 08.09.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the learned Trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
