This petition is filed under Section 378 Cr.P.C, to grant leave to prefer an appeal against the judgment dated 31.07.2023 made in C.C.No.77 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No. I, Coimbatore.

2. Heard Mr.L.Rajasekar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that though the accused did not specifically denied the signature on the cheque, the trial Court had observed that the accused cannot be convicted since the complainant had not correctly arrived at the interest to be payable by the accused.

4.In the said circumstances, there are arguable points in the main appeal and therefore, leave is granted as prayed for. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
