The Writ Petition challenges the order dated 05.09.2019 issued by the Second Respondent calling upon the Petitioner to submit explanation to the Show Cause Notice issued by the Chief Executive Officer of the Waqf Board in his proceedings dated 24.07.2019 on account of the consequence provided that if such explanation is not submitted, the nomination of the Petitioner for the forthcoming election would not be considered. 2.

It is brought to the notice of this Court by the Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner that an explanation dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

31.08.2019 has been submitted by the Petitioner to the Show Cause Notice dated 24.07.2019 issued by the Chief Executive Officer of the Waqf Board. Learned Counsel for the Respondents acknowledges the receipt of the same.

Since the Petitioner has already submitted the explanation to the Show Cause Notice, the question of not accepting his nomination for the forthcoming election on that ground does not arise, if his nomination is otherwise in order. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
