This Petition has been filed to substitute the name of the legal representatives viz 1) Yasumathi H Doshi (wife), 2) Nisha Paresh Vora (daughter), 3) Mehul H Doshi (son) and 4) Jiga H Doshi (son) in the place of the deceased sole Respondent Harshad V Doshi and rank them as Respondents 2 to 5 in long cause title in the above Tax Case Appeal.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments.
