This Petition has been filed to relax the conditional [para Nso.5(b)] order passed in Crl.OP.No.16161 of 2023 dated 24.07.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and charge sheet has been filed in this matter and the same was taken file by the Court, concerned.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, on summons the Petitioner has to appear before the Court, concerned.
