[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.] These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to relax the conditions imposed upon the petitioners therein vide orders dated 27.07.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.7750 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.347 of 2020 and Crl.M.P.No.6845 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.350 of 2020.
2. The petitioners are unable to comply with the directions as found in the report submitted by the respondent police. Therefore, this Court finds no merit in these petitions to relax.
3. Accordingly, these Crimin are dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioners to renew these petitions, three weeks later.
4. Further, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has also filed a petition in Crl.M.P.No.16762 of 2023, to suspend the sentence.
5. Registry is directed to list the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, filed for suspension of sentence, next week along with Crl.M.P.No.16762 of 2023.
