This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.19764 of 2023 dated 29.08.2023 to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of Crime No.199 of 2023 before the concerned Magistrate.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.19764 of 2023 dated 29.08.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of Crime No.199 of 2023 before the concerned Magistrate within a period of four weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready.
