This petition has been filed by the legal heirs of the first petitioner as the first petitioner - Baskaran is no more, the petitioners 4 to 8 being the legal heirs of the first petitioner wanted to be impleaded as the petitioners in this writ petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

3. In view of the aforestated, where the petitioners are the legal heirs of the first petitioner who is no more, this petition is to be ordered, accordingly it is ordered.

4. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the writ petition.
