Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to dispose the petitioner representation dated 20.08.2019 and pass a resolution regarding laying of public road for public purpose and access to petitioner's property measuring 7 1⁄2 cents in S.No.162/5, Keellmudalambedu, Gummidipoondi Taluk, For Petitioner : Mr.S.Pushpakaran For Respondent : Mr.J.Purushothaman Government Advocate for R1, R3 and R4 Mr.N.Inbanathan Additional Government Pleader for R2 Mr.S.K.Srininvasan for R5

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner and to lay a public road for the purpose of access to the property of the petitioner. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has been taken on file and presently the enquiry is going on and a decision will be taken within a reasonable time.

3.In view of the above development, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry and pass final orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No Costs.
