Crl.MP.No.13568 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.SR.No.45802 of 2019 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., The criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed, seeking to condone the delay of 638 days in filing the above criminal revision in Crl.R.C.SR.No.45802 of 2019, against the order dated 19.09.2017, made in M.C.No.458 of 2017, by the V Additional Family Court, Chennai. Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit the conditional order passed by this Court, dated 18.10.2019, has been complied with and an amount of Rs.1,21,000/- has been paid. The learned counsel for the respondent also acknowledge the same.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 638 days in filing the above criminal revision in Crl.R.C.SR.No.45802 of 2019, against the order dated 19.09.2017, made in M.C.No.458 of 2017, by the V Additional Family Court, Chennai, is hereby condoned.

The Registry is directed to number the above criminal revision in Crl.R.C.SR.No.45802 of 2019, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
