Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.8654 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.11817 of 2021 order dated 03/09/2021 shall petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the filing of charge sheet, thereafter, appear before the trial court on all hearing dates without fail.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.P.VENKATAKRISHNAN Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.8654 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.11817 of 2021 on 03.09.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that charge sheet has been filed and investigation has been completed and hence, the petitioner shall appear before the trial court on all hearing dates without fail.
