Prayer:- Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus directing to call for records relating to the transfer order issued by the First Respondent in Na.Ka.No. Sub2/14141/2016 dated 02.03.2017 transferring the Fourth Respondent from Chennai Division to Vellore circle and to quash the same and consequently direct the Respondent to consider the claim of the Petitioner for transfer to the Vellore Division.

O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Order in Na. Ka. No. Sub2/14141/2016 dated 02.03.2017 passed by the First Respondent transferring the Fourth Respondent from Chennai Division to Vellore Circle and to consequently direct the Respondents to consider the claim of the Petitioner for transfer to the Vellore Division.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that by efflux of time, the relief sought in this Writ Petition does not remain for consideration, and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
