This petition has been filed to relax the condition of reporting before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.15976 of 2023, dated 19.07.2023, in Crime No.100 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, in this case charge sheet is filed and the case is taken on file by the concerned Court.

3. Considering the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on all the hearing dates without fail.
