ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to measure the land situated in S.F.No.131/2B totally 0.22 1⁄4 cents in Pulliyampatti Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District 1/3

and earmark the boundaries based on the representation dated 16.09.2022.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner made a representation on 16.09.2022 with a request to measure the property, fix the boundaries of the land which is pending without consideration. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.08.2022 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application to survey, fix the boundaries for the land comprised in in S.F.No.131/2B totally 0.22 1⁄4 cents in Pulliyampatti Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.
