This Petition has been filed to relax the condition of reporting before the Respondent Police, everyday at 10.30 am as imposed in Crl.OP.No.16042 of 2023 vide order dated 24.07.2023 in Crime No.184 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and draft charge sheet was made ready in this matter.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, on summons the Petitioner has to appear before the Court, concerned.
