Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Hosur to dispose of O.S.No.443 of 2018, within a time frame.

O R D E R

This revision is filed seeking a direction to dispose of O.S.No.443 of 2018, pending on the file of the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Hosur, within a time frame.

2. Considering the nature of order to be passed in this revision which will in no way cause any prejudice to the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner is the plaintiff in the suit. The suit has been filed for declaration and also for permanent injunction. The suit is pending from the year 2018. As the trial has not commenced, she has filed the present revision seeking early disposal of the suit within a time frame.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer made in the revision, the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Hosur, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.443 of 2018, on merits https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to both the parties, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This revision is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
