This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.9086 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.18420 of 2020 on 09.09.2021 that the petitioner should appear before the respondent police every fortnight i.e. first and third Monday at 10.30 a.m. till the filing of charge sheet and thereafter on every hearing date.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on the first day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
