For the reasons given in the application and as it is not opposed by learned counsel for the Bank, so as the fourth respondent and even by the fifth respondent, but subject to the clarification that impleadment may not affect the rights, the application for impleadment is allowed and otherwise, the impleadment simplicitor cannot affect the right of any one.

Let amendment of cause-title be filed within a week and notice be issued to the newly impleaded party respondents, through registered post, returnable in two weeks.
