Kamaraj aged 33 years now confined at Central Prison Salem at Liberty.

He has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect. (2)The factum of revocation of the Detention Order is also affirmed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

(3)In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel

for the petitioner, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
