2. The petitioner seeks directions against respondent Nos.2 to 6 to permit the petitioner to de-silt Porur lake on the basis of the payment of seiginorage fee as fixed by the 2nd respondent.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader submits that since the year 2021, ultra-filtration system is in vogue and as such there would be no sludge in the lake.

In view of that, the question of de-silting would not arise. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
