ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the Respondents No.1 to 6 to take appropriate action against the Respondents No.7 and 8 and provide protection to her life and property under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 and evict the Respondent No.8 from her house property.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the 7th respondent would submit that the 7th respondent has nothing to do with the prayer sought for in this writ petition. She never disturbed the possession and enjoyment of the house property of the petitioner.

4. Recording the above said submission, this writ petition is closed. Further, on any fresh cause of action, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation seeking police protection. There shall be no order as to costs.
