ORDER

Challenging the impugned transfer order, dated 10.08.2023 in Se.Mu.A.No.35/Nir2(2)/2023-9(AK) passed by the 1st respondent, this Writ Petition has been filed.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced the order, dated 19.09.2023 cancelling the impugned transfer order, dated 10.08.2023 and re-transferring the petitioner to Sathyamangalam (Highways), Construction and Maintenance Wing, Sathyamangalam, Erode District. 3.In such view of the matter, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for adjudication and the same is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
