ORDER

Mr.S.Bharathidasan, representing Ms.M.A.Mumtaj Surya, learned counsel on record for the Appellant and Mr.P.J.Rishikesh, learned counsel on record for the sole respondent are before this Court.

2. Learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and

Conciliation Centre, High Court Madras.

3. The appellant has paid a sum of Rs.22,00,000/- as per the settlement agreement as well as the mediation report dated October 06, 2025. The above fact is recorded.

4. This Court has received the Mediation Report dated October 06, 2025. Perused the case file and Mediation Report.

5. The Appeal Suit is disposed of in terms of mediation settlement. The settlement agreement and the mediation report shall form part and parcel of the Decree. In view of the facts and circumstances of this case, there shall be no order as to costs.

6. The Registry is directed to refund the Court Fee paid in this Appeal Suit in view of the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in Registrar General -vs- M.C.Subramaniam and others, reported in 2021 Online SC 109. 08-12-2025 jai Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes
