Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records from the 3rd respondent relating to measurement of petitioner's land vide letter No.Na.Ka.2931/2019/S-1/ dated 09.09.2019 quash the same direct the 3rd respondent to measure the land after cultivating the Horsegram and millet crops in the petitioner's land situated at S.F.No.125 Avinashi Village, Avinashi Taluk, Tiruppur District.

By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission state itself.

2. The petitioner apprehends that if the field is measured, the standing crops may get affected. Hence, it is suffice to direct the respondent herein that they should ensure that while measuring no damage causes to the petitioner's standing crops. If it is not possible, then the measuring of the land shall be done after the harvest of the standing crops.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
