2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submitted that investigation is in progress and the respondent-Police will file a final report within a period of two months. 2/4

4. Considering the above submission, the respondent-Police is directed to expedite the investigation and file a charge sheet within a period of two months from the date of a receipt of a copy of this order.
