No.28907 of 2019) Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus to the first and second respondents to formulate guidelines regarding the interest to be levied against home loan and mortgage for the private bank and private financiers and direct the third and fourth respondents to close the loan account of the petitioner vide loan account no.HHECHEOOO13335 to the tune of Rs.8 lakhs (Rupees eight lakhs only) in view of the entire amount paid through tenure prescribed in the loan agreement without any default.
