ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the authority concerned for any other relief.

2.This matter was heard through video conference and therefore, no endorsement was made in the bundle.

3. Granting such liberty to the petitioner, permission is granted to withdraw the case and accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.Consequently, the connectd miscellaneous petitions are closed.
