ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.10821 of 2022 on the file of the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore by its order dated 09.05.2022 with regard to appear every Monday before respondent police at 10.00 a.m.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had complied the condition regularly imposed in Crl.M.P.No.10821 of 2022 from 16.05.2022 till 10.10.2022 without fail. Therefore, he seeks modification of the condition imposed by the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate by its order dated 09.05.2022.

3. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed by the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate in Crl.M.P.No.10821 of 2022 dated 09.05.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police on the first of every month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
