This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 92 days in filing the criminal appeal as against order dated 24.02.2025 passed in C.C.No.721 of 2023 on the file of learned Special Judge, II Additional special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under NDPS Act, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 92 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
