ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner seeks ordinary leave for her husband who is undergoing incarceration on the ground of continuation of Breakthrough Seizure/CPS disorder.
2. In the affidavit filed by the fourth respondent, it has been stated that the complaint regarding seizure is no longer in existence as of now. Reliance has been made on the report of the Professor of Medicine, Government Stanley Medical College and Hospital, Chennai dated 02.10.2019 in this regard. Though the detenu has suffered abdomen pain and fever, he was accordingly treated as Out Patient. Even the said ailment is under control.
3. From the above, we do not find any need for allowing this petition. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. However, in the event of any medical need such as seizure, this order will not stand in the way of the petitioner filing appropriate petition.
