This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.256 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same.

2.Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report had been filed before the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.6933 of 2023 and hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
