The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to to direct the respondent to take further action on the complaint given by the petition dated 30.03.2014, C.S.R.No.96/2014.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court without going into the merits of the case, may direct the respondent police to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 30.03.2014.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent Police may consider the petitioner's complaint and complete the same as early as possible.
4. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the respondent Police to consider the complaint dated 30.03.2014 and shall complete the enquiry as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
expeditiously as possible.
5. This Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of accordingly. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
