ORDER

This Insolvency Petition was filed to to treat this petition as urgent, to adjudicate the debtor as insolvent, to direct that the estate of the debtors be vested in the Official Assignee of Madras, for the benefit of the General Body of the creditors of the debtors and to order that the costs of this petition paid by the Official Assignee of Madras from and out of the estate of the Debtors to the petitioning creditor.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioning creditor requests this Court to dismiss this petition as not pressed and he has made an endorsement with regard to the same.

3. In view of the above, this Insolvency Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
